Centralised Filing System
The important information relating to all the various aspects of administering a racetrack(s) is maintained in a central resource making paper-based filing redundant. Data is recorded and retrieved using customised windows for each task. Feedback from existing users has helped us make the entry of data easy and intuitive.

It is essential when the outputs of a computer system are so publicly available that the data has integrity and has been entered with the necessary controls. Our unique experience has enabled us to provide customised programs for all aspects of the business and it has enabled us to develop professional and accurate outputs based on our extensive experience of racing.
Time Saved/Money Saved
With the Equisoft system, lists of entries and declarations with automatic weight calculations are achieved with a few mouse clicks rather than an endless cut/paste process. Race cards with form-guides and owners silks presented from digital images are the final touch for professional layout and presentation. The faster turnaround of documents from opening of race to posting confirmed results is the ultimate benefit with related saving in staff time and effort.
Streamlined Accounts
Charges relating to entries/declarations and allocation of purses are automatically controlled along with specific programs for tracking the entry of registry charges. These are then transmitted to a 3rd. party Accounting System.
Owner Colours
The Equisoft racing System comes complete with an owners silks design program that features drop-down selection of colour, design, and markings which results in a digital image of the owners colours. This image can then be used throughout the application
Web Access
System highlights include the on-line input of race entries and declarations by trainers with the supporting security features. Race cards and results along with Racing Statistics are also available on the Web for public access.
Email Alerts
The systems features include the ability for Web users to automatically track activity for a selected horse/trainer/jockey/owner or race. The system triggers emails to the user’s email address with the relevant links embedded in the message.
