• The Supplier Invoices are entered in Equisoft at horse level.
• Equisoft creates Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices to be automatically sent to the Exchequer Accounts System in the correct currency.
• Nominal ledger is kept in balance in home currency.

Result:

Syndicate receives a Monthly Statement of Account, showing Supplier, Purpose of Invoice, Horse, Percentages, Currency, along with Vat and Charge to Syndicate in the home currency.

League Tables

There is a set of reports available to produce “League Tables” of:

• Trainers
• Jockeys
• Owners
• Horses

The leading positions can be based on different criteria: number of wins, purse values. Also, the tables can be shown by racetrack and or type of horses raced.

Extensive on Screen Inquiries by horse, owner, and location allows easy access to all elements of the database i.e. entries/declarations/race results.

The Inquiry features are particularly useful for the remote users - trainers.

In addition, there are detailed reports showing in detail the composition of the values behind the “League Table” positions.

Census Reports
The horse census reports produce lists of activity per trainer with analysis by age groups and whether horses have raced or not with controlling totals.
